[vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_column_text]Hotel Gothia Towers with its 1204 rooms went through a successful re-certification in December 2015. Being one of the largest hotels in Europe, the certificate according to The Global Hotel Security Standard ©, is a proof of Gothia Towers focus on enhanced care for guest satisfaction and comfort. “Security issues are becoming more significant, both for us at the hotel and for our guests”, says CEO Daniel Stenbäck. “It’s time to think more globally than locally when it comes to security”, Daniel states.

Safehotels Alliance are satisfied to see how Gothia Towers Director of Security, Inger Hansson, is able to maintain as well as improve details in the security measures year by year. “The key challenge for a hotel of this size is to keep staff involved, engaged, trained and up to date with security matters – however, Mrs Hansson is doing a superb job in tracking staff turnover, constantly updating staff in Securit Awareness issues” Says Martin Askenbäck, Safehotels Lead Certification Auditor.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="9035" img_size="full" alignment="center"][/vc_column][/vc_row]
