ICCA and Safehotels will now follow up this joint project within Crisis Management with a presentation, “Crisis? What Crisis! The Yin and Yang of Crisis Management” at IMEX America in October 2017. The main content for this smart learning session will be on duty of care learning, a group workshop exercise, feedback from the ICCA members survey on Crisis Management priorities now and in the future, and an open Q&A session with moderators with direct experience of resolving major crisis incidents for companies and corporations involved in the travel industry.
