Safehotels joins ICCA in Las Vegas at IMEX America, October 9th 2017

When Safehotels Alliance developed the ICCA Crises Management Guidelines, it was embraced by the meeting venues globally and has been downloaded by ICCA Association members over 1500+ times in the last two years.

ICCA and Safehotels will now follow up this joint project within Crisis Management with a presentation, Crisis? What Crisis! The Yin and Yang of Crisis Management” at IMEX America in October 2017.  The main content for this smart learning session will be on duty of care learning, a group workshop exercise, feedback from the ICCA members survey on Crisis Management priorities now and in the future, and an open Q&A session with moderators with direct experience of resolving major crisis incidents for companies and corporations involved in the travel industry.
