Staff Security Awareness
The staff is audited from different aspects; from a management point of view as well as the individual staff member.
To become a member of the Safehotels network, a hotel must for example have appropriate security training procedures for all staff members including front desk, housekeepers, concierge, maintenance etc. The training has to be recorded properly.
Contractors working in the Hotel Environment are properly signed in and out, wearing personal badges.
Recruiting procedures
The recruiting procedures are checked, references are taken, the Personnel Department have procedures in place to prevent illegal workers /immigrants from gaining employment.
